Formation of health-saving competencies as a personal resource in conditions of prolonged traumatization
Abstract
The article deals with the problem of the formation of health-saving competencies as a personal resource in conditions of prolonged traumatization. The issue is relevant because of the numerical and qualitative growth of cases when people face long periods of traumatization due to various factors, such as illness, difficulties in family and social relationships, loss of working ability, and so on. The authors analyzed existing studies on this issue, identified innovative approaches to forming health-saving competencies, and identified priority areas for further development. Methods and practical recommendations for improving health-saving competence within the framework of rehabilitation programs are described, including interventions aimed at loss awareness, emotional regulation, and stress management. The study's results can be helpful for specialists in the field of psychology, pedagogy, and social work involved in rehabilitating people experiencing prolonged trauma and can also be used for further research in this area and the development of new approaches to the formation of health-saving competencies.
