Abstract

This article examines the relationship between media violence and aggressive behavior in children and adolescents. Through a comprehensive review of existing literature, the study highlights how exposure to violent media can desensitize individuals to violence and increase aggressive thoughts and behaviors. The findings suggest that long-term exposure to media violence correlates with an increased likelihood of violent behavior in real life. The article also discusses implications for policy and parental guidance, advocating for more stringent regulations on violent media content to mitigate its harmful effects on youth.
