The Role Of Paradoxical Leadership In Creating Organizational Context That Support Employees Ambidexterity
Abstract
The current study aims to explore the role of paradoxical leadership in enhancing employees ambidexterity through supporting organizational context . The study attempts to provide an integrated theoretical framework for the most important issues proposed by writers and researchers regarding its variables, in addition to an analytical framework for the opinions of teaching staff working in (3) private colleges and universities in the Maysan Governorate in iraq (Imam Sadiq University, Al-Manara College of Medical Sciences, Amarah University College) . The study sample includes (190) teaching staff in those colleges. It used the questionnaire as a tool to collect data, and a number of statistical methods were used to analyze data with the help of the(Smart PLS)program. The study reached the validity of its hypothesis regarding the effect relationship between its variables. The study introduced a number of recommendations related to its topic, including the necessity of adopting a set of paradoxical behaviors by leaders to create organizational context that enhance employees ambidexterity in private universities and colleges.
