Abstract

This article examines gender inequality in the workplace from a global perspective, analyzing factors that contribute to disparities in employment, pay, and advancement opportunities. The author reviews data from various countries, highlighting persistent barriers that women face in achieving equality. The findings underscore the importance of policy interventions and organizational changes to promote gender equity. The article advocates for comprehensive strategies that address both structural and cultural factors influencing gender inequality in the workplace.
