Social Capital and Community Resilience: A Comparative Study
Abstract
This article examines the role of social capital in enhancing community resilience in the face of crises. Through a comparative analysis of different communities, the study highlights how strong social networks and trust among residents contribute to effective responses during emergencies. The author discusses the implications of these findings for community development and disaster preparedness. The article concludes with recommendations for fostering social capital as a means to build resilient communities.
